During the reservation of online darshan/accommodation users will be charged online user convenience fee of 12% + applicable taxes over and above the displayed charges or fee on the website

All bookings are FINAL , No postponement / advancement / cancellation is allowed and amount is non refundable and non transferrable

Due to technical failure, if transaction remains incomplete and amount has been deducted from devotee's account, or charged twice for same transaction then she/he will get full refund after deducting reasonable facility charges. After processing such refund, devotee will get automated Email.

Under any special circumstances if temple/authority cancels the event & decides to issue the refund of the amount, the facility charges paid by the user are not refundable.

Final decision regarding any complaint about refund lies with VMax.

Customer Responsibility: You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions you make using the site and you alone use the "id" and "password" you have created in the site. VMax will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details number r for booking facilities on this site.

Our Termination Rights: We may at any time at our sole discretion and without giving any reason or any prior notice terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of the website.

To avail Sri Seetha Ramachandra Swamyvari Darshan at Bhadrachalam after Booking online Darshan facility, a Devotee must:

A. Produce Online Booking Acknowledgement & Photo Identity Proof in original (submitted at the time of registration) at Verification Gate in Bhadrachalam.
B. Please report to verification Gate at the time specified on Acknowledgement.
C. Receipt emailed to devotee after booking online Darshan is for devotees reference only.

Appropriate charges will be applicable for online darshan facilities as per rules and regulations of Devasthanam. In addition to that, devotee also needs to pay non-refundable internet reservation charges.

Devasthanam reserves the right to cancel Darshan facility for Devotee in case of failure of producing necessary documents. We also reserve rights to change / cancel Darshan timeslots in case of unavoidable circumstances.
